  6. Spread the filling evenly over the base.
  7. Roll or knead the second half of the dough with your hands and cover her stuffing.
  8. Beat the yolk and grease the surface of the tart so that a golden crust formed.
  9. Make a few punctures with a fork.
  10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake tart 30 min
  11. Cool, remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
