I offer a recipe for a delicious pie with lemon filling. Such the filling is not at all bitter (lemons must be scalded) and not sour, but pleasantly refreshing. Cooking it at home is not difficult.

- Mix pre-sifted flour, slightly softened butter, baking powder and sour cream. The dough should be elastic, soft. Divide it in half.
- For the filling, wash the lemons, scald with boiling water, cut, pull out the bones and scroll the lemons in a meat grinder. Add sugar mix well.
- Cover the baking dish with parchment paper, put in it part of the dough and stretch along the sides. Put lemon puree on top. Cover another part of the dough and pinch the edges tightly.
- Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 2000C until the golden color of the cake.
- Garnish the cooled cake with icing sugar.
