Lean pies with mushrooms

I propose to cook at home delicious pies with mushrooms from real yeast dough. Mushrooms for filling can be taken and fresh and dried – as you like best. By the way, thanks stuffed, these pies are not only lean, but also vegan.

  1. Dilute the yeast in warm water, add 200 g of flour, mix and leave for a couple of hours in a warm place.
  2. Grind the vegetable oil with sugar, pour into the dough and mix. Add 50 g flour. Set aside for an hour and a half to the dough has fermented.
  3. Soak the mushrooms for 2 hours. Cook until cooked, scroll through a meat grinder.
  4. Peel and finely chop the onion, heat in a pan vegetable oil. Fry the onion in it for 5-7 minutes until golden colors. Add mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Cut the finished dough into balls about the size of an egg. Roll the balls into blinks 2-3 mm thick, put in the center stuffing. Make pies and set them aside for half an hour.
  6. Put the pies on a greased baking sheet. Poke a fork with each pie in several places, grease strong black tea surface.
  7. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at a temperature 1800C.
