- In a bowl, pre-sifted flour combine with starch and baking powder. Pour in vegetable oil. Mix everything in homogeneous sticky mass. The dough should not be cool.
- Dissolve sugar and salt in water and add to the dough. Can add some vanillin.
- Roll out a dough layer with a thickness of the order of 0.5 – 1 cm. cut curly cookies out of it. On top you can decorate each cookies with several seeds of sunflower, pumpkin, poppy seeds seeds, etc.
- Put cookies on a greased baking sheet, bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes at a temperature of 1800C – 2000C.
