- Finely chop the cabbage. It’s better to take young cabbage to stuffed cabbage turned out gentle.
- Boil rice in boiling water until half cooked.
- Mix chopped cabbage, boiled rice, egg, minced meat, spice.
- Mix with hands until smooth. We form cutlets.
- We spread them tightly to each other in a greased vegetable oil shape, preheat the oven to 200 degrees, set stuffed cabbage in the oven for 20 minutes.
- While the cabbage rolls are baked, prepare the sauce: in a bowl mix sour cream, tomato paste, water and spices.
- Pour the stuffed cabbage with sauce and put back in the oven for another 20 minutes to readiness.
- Serve with sour cream.
