As a filling, you can use any marine fillet fish.
The dough can be either yeast or without yeast.

- We cut the onion into rings, the fish into medium slices, the potatoes thin plates.
- On baking paper (later convenient to transfer to a mold) roll out the dough into a layer measuring 40×25 cm, about five thick mm
- Put potatoes on the dough, departing from all the edges approximately seven cm. That’s how it looks.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, lay onion rings on top.
- On top of the onion – fish, again slightly salt, pepper.
- Using a sharp knife, make oblique cuts with a step of three cm, twist stripes, close the edges tightly.
- Carefully transfer the bound cake to the baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees 40 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
