A simple way to make a delicious home-made cake test.

The dough is crispy, and the fish filling is fragrant and juicy.

As a filling, you can use any marine fillet fish.

The dough can be either yeast or without yeast.

  1. We cut the onion into rings, the fish into medium slices, the potatoes thin plates.
  2. On baking paper (later convenient to transfer to a mold) roll out the dough into a layer measuring 40×25 cm, about five thick mm
  3. Put potatoes on the dough, departing from all the edges approximately seven cm. That’s how it looks.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, lay onion rings on top.
  5. On top of the onion – fish, again slightly salt, pepper.
  6. Using a sharp knife, make oblique cuts with a step of three cm, twist stripes, close the edges tightly.
  7. Carefully transfer the bound cake to the baking dish.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees 40 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
