I offer a homemade recipe for delicious lasagna with sauce from crackers and dry white wine. Be sure to use your favorite spice. It can be oregano, basil, garlic.

  1. Boil lasagna sheets in boiling salted water. Crap cold water and spread out so that the sheets do not stick together.
  2. Finely chop onions and fry in olive oil. Add minced meat and fry until cooked. To salt. Spice up. Add seasoning. Mix well. Remove from heat.
  3. Grate the cheese.

  5. Grease a heat-resistant baking dish with oil. Pour to the bottom and evenly distribute a little sauce. Lay out a layer of dough. Grease the sauce. Put a layer of minced meat. Grease the sauce again. Repeat layers. Pour over the top layer with sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese, pour sour cream.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes.
