Lasagna with turkey

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 225 gr. lasagna sheets
  • 425 gr. ricotta cheese
  • 85-100 gr. crumbled soft goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp. grated parmesan, plus 1/4 tbsp. for sprinkling
  • 450 gr cut into thin slices of fresh mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. chopped onions (1 head)
  • 2 minced cloves of garlic
  • 1 can (800 gr.) Tomatoes in tomato puree
  • 1 can (170 gr.) Tomato paste
  • 1/4 Art. chopped fresh parsley leaves, portioned
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tsp coarse salt
  • 3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lightly beaten egg, category CB

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large frying pan (25-30 cm in diameter), warm the olive butter. Put the onions and fry on a moderate low heat for 5 minutes. to transparency. Add garlic and cook another 1 min. Put the minced meat and cook over medium-low heat, breaking the lumps with a fork, 8-10 minutes. or until the color fades pink. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, 2 tbsp. l parsley, basil, 1.5 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Simmer without lid on moderately weak fire for 15-20 minutes. before thickening.
  2. At this time, put in a large bowl as hot as possible water. Lay sheets for lasagna and leave in water for 20 minutes. Drain. In a medium-sized bowl, mix ricotta, goat cheese, 1 Art. Parmesan, egg, the remaining 2 tbsp. l parsley remaining 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper.
  3. Preheat the oven to 205 ° C. Put 1/3 of the sauce in a rectangular baking dish measuring 23x30x5 cm, distributing it evenly along the bottom. Then lay out the layers in the following order: half sheets of lasagna, half mozzarella, half ricotta and 1/3 part of the sauce. Put the remaining sheets, mozzarella, ricotta and, finally the sauce.
