This is a recipe for a very juicy and delicious lasagna. Used in it canned tomatoes. It gives it a special taste and beautiful Colour. Try to cook at home, do not regret it!

  1. Onions cut into cubes. Chop the garlic finely. AT heat oil in a pan and fry.
  2. Stuff the minced meat with a fork and add to the pan with onions. Fry until readiness.
  3. Put the tomatoes out of the jar and chop finely. Add to pan with onion and minced meat. Salt, pepper to taste. Put out 5 more minutes.
  4. Melt the butter in another skillet. Add flour. Fry for 2 minutes, not forgetting to stir. Add milk. Cook over low heat until the sauce thickens. Turn off the fire. Stir the sauce until it cools.
  5. Grate the cheese.
  6. Lubricate the baking dish well. Put 3 sheets of lasagna, half minced meat, a third of sauce and a third of cheese. Lay out another layer of 3 sheets of lasagna, the second half of minced meat, a third of sauce and a third of cheese. Another layer of lasagna. Pour over the sauce.
  7. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cooking Lasagna 20 minutes.
  8. Remove the lasagna from the oven. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top. Put in the oven again for 20 minutes.
