Very juicy and delicious lasagna. Interesting combination of tender Savoy cabbage and spicy feta cheese. Cabbage can be laid out whole leaves, and can be cut into strips. Try to cook houses.

  1. Rinse cabbage, disassemble on leaves. In a large pot boil water, add ½ teaspoon of salt. Omit cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes. Carefully remove the leaves. Give to water to drain. Do not pour cabbage broth.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a large pan until cooked.
  3. Chop the onion finely. Crush the garlic with a knife and chop. Fry in vegetable oil.
  4. Dice the tomatoes and add to the onion. Add thyme. Cook for 5 minutes. Put the vegetables in a pan to the minced meat. Salt Spice up. Mix well. After 3 minutes remove from heat.
  5. To boil water. To salt. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Boil the lasagna sheets. Drain the water. Sheets spread out so that they do not stick together.
  6. Melt the butter in a stewpan, add flour. Fry stirring. Pour milk and a glass of cabbage broth. Cook until thickening. Remove from heat. Cool a little. Add cottage cheese and stir well.
  7. Crumble cheese.
  8. Grease the baking dish with oil. Put thin on the bottom layer a little sauce. Put lasagna sheets on top of the sauce. Then put a layer of cabbage, a layer of minced meat with vegetables, a layer of cheese and again sauce. Repeat layers several times. Pour the top layer of dough the sauce.
  9. Bake for 40 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees.
