This lasagna is cooked at home without a traditional Italian sauce Bechamel. Instead, we use our favorite cheese, add carrots and the usual greens for us (dill, parsley). It turns out Russian version of a delicious Italian dish.

  1. Finely chop the onion into a cube. Grate the carrots. Fry vegetables in warmed vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced meat to the pan with vegetables. Fry on a small the fire.
  3. Finely chop the tomato. Put in a pan with fried minced meat. Add tomato paste, salt and spices. Mix well. Stew for 10 minutes. Remove from stove.
  4. Finely chop the greens and add to the finished mincemeat. Mix.
  5. Pour boiling water into a flat rectangular bowl. Add dining room a spoonful of vegetable oil. Lay out layers of finished dough for lasagna and leave them to soften for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Grate hard cheese. In a small bowl, mix grated cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise. Squeeze the garlic.
  7. Lubricate the lasagna pan well with butter. To the bottom put softened layers of dough. Put half the minced meat on top. Put the second layer of dough. Spread with cheese sauce. Lay out further remaining minced meat. Another layer of dough. Lubricate the other half sauce.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lasagna close on top foil. Bake 30-35 minutes until tender.
