- Fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil peeled and chopped onions.
- Add finely chopped chicken to the onion, fry together for five minutes.
- Then add chopped mushrooms, salt a little and pepper, fry together for about 15 minutes.
- Peel the tomatoes, mashed in a blender and mix with chopped herbs.
- In a glass rectangular shape (dimensions 17 × 25cm and a height of 5 cm) lay out ready-made sheets for lasagna.
- On top of them lay half of the stewed mushrooms with smoothie.
- Cover with half cooked bechamel sauce.
- Repeat also the second layer.
- Cover the second layer with lasagna sheets.
- And cover all the tomato puree.
- Put the mold in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Then sprinkle with grated hard cheese and continue to bake another 20 minutes.
