  1. Boil the lasagna sheets as written on the packaging. Drain the water. Lay sheets on a towel or on plates so that they do not stuck together.
  2. Grate the cheese.
  3. Cut the fillet of flounder into small pieces. Preheat on skillet butter and fry.
  4. Cut champignons into thin slices. Fry in a pan. Connect with fish. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Grind tomatoes and garlic, put in a bowl. Add Bechamel and half the cheese. Mix well.
  6. Lubricate the baking dish with oil. Lay out layers of lasagna, alternating dough, sauce and flounder with mushrooms. Sprinkle with the rest cheese.
  7. Cover with lasagna foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees 20 minutes. Next, remove the foil and bake another 10 minutes before formation golden crust.
