A simple recipe and an amazingly tasty result! One sauce we prepare houses from minced meat, the second we make from cottage cheese. Can also add traditional white bechamel sauce.

  1. Chop the onion into a small cube. Crush the garlic with a knife and finely to cut. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Onion and garlic fry until golden brown. Lasagna "Two sauces"
  2. Stuffing minced meat and add to the onion. Fry for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomato sauce. Salt, pepper. Add spices. Cook another 2-3 minutes.
  3. Grate Parmesan.
  4. Break the eggs into a small bowl. Salt and pepper. Pour Provencal herbs. Beat with a whisk or a fork. Add cottage cheese and half grated parmesan. Mix well. Lasagna "Two sauces"
  5. Grease the heat-resistant form with oil. To the bottom evenly distribute some meat sauce. Lay out a layer of sheets on top lasagna and a layer of curd. Next, repeat the layers several times. Finish with lasagna sheets. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover the form foil.
  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lasagna 45 minutes. 10 minutes before ready to remove the foil.
