These are very tasty rolls cooked at home with a “rich” stuffing, for which you need to take hard cheese, Adyghe cheese and fat cottage cheese. Do not spare the greens!

  1. Boil the lasagna sheets following the instructions on the packaging. Follow, so as not to be digested. Pour cold water. Put on plates so as not to stick together.
  2. Adyghe cheese grate.
  3. Grate fat curd through a sieve. Grate hard cheese on a grater. Finely chop the green (parsley, dill).
  4. In a bowl combine Adyghe cheese, cottage cheese and hard cheese. Pour greenery. Squeeze the garlic. Drive in an egg. You can salt. Good mix.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on each sheet of lasagna. Wrap rolls.
  6. Grease the baking dish with oil. Put in the form of rolls. Pour with fat cream. Cover the form with foil and put in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  7. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes. When serving sprinkle with herbs and ground pepper.
