- Put the chicken to cook until cooked.
- Knead the dough. To do this, combine sour cream in a bowl, softened butter, milk and beaten egg. Sift flour, mix with baking powder and gently introduce into the mixture. Knead the dough well and cover with a towel, leave for 40 minutes.
- Make dough for pancakes. Mix milk, salt, sugar and beaten egg. Stir in the flour. Preheat the pan, grease, bake 9 pancakes, fried with each side.
- Finely chop the onion. Rinse the mushrooms and chop finely. Saute with onions.
- Disassemble the chicken into pieces, chop finely.
- Finely chop eggs, mix with rice.
- Take a little more than a quarter from the dough and roll it thinly into a cake a little larger than a pancake. Lay out on form.
- Put a third of the filling with rice on the tortilla, distribute throughout flat cake, cover with pancake.
- Put chicken filling on top, cover with pancake again. Then put the mushroom filling and cover with pancake again. Repeat like that several times until the filling is over.
- Roll out the remaining dough into a large cake, previously leaving a small slice of dough for decoration. Cover the pie fasten the edges with dough. Decorate the cake as desired.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.
