  1. To start, knead the soft dough. Leave aside – let fits.
  2. Grind the meat with a meat grinder, add butter, hops-suneli, pepper isol, spices. Mix everything thoroughly and leave for 30 minutes.
  3. When the dough comes up, put it on a flat surface, tear off pieces and roll balls from dough, cover them with a towel.
  4. We take one ball, flatten it, put the meat in the middle. Close the cake and roll out our kubdari by hand.
  5. Lubricate each cake with an egg whipped with milk.
  6. Bake kubdari 25 minutes at a temperature of about 180 degrees.
  7. Ready-made kubdari-khachapuri with meat thoroughly greased with creamy oil and let cool.
