- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter, melted and cooled down
- 1 tbsp. l clover honey
- 2.5 tsp fast yeast
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp shallow sea salt
- Special equipment: metal rings with a diameter 9 cm
Homemade butter
- 1 tbsp. cold cream
- A pinch of sea salt
Orange and Blueberry Confiture
- 8 medium oranges
- 4 lemons
- 2 tbsp. fresh blueberries
- 6 tbsp. Sahara
- 2 sachets of liquid fruit pectin

Recipe preparation:
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan to make it warm. Mix in the bowl of the stationary mixer with the nozzle hook dough milk, flour, water, butter, honey, yeast, baking powder and salt. Knead soft dough at high speed, 2 minutes. Take off cover with a clean cloth or plastic wrap and put in a warm place until the dough rises and starts bubble for about 1 hour.
- Gently spray a cast-iron frying pan with a cooking spray or non-stick pan and heat over medium heat in within 5 minutes. Spray the metal rings with a cooking spray and put them in the pan. Fill each ring 1/4 tbsp. test.

Orange and Blueberry Confiture
Using a peeler, peel the zest from oranges and lemons. Cut it into thin strips, then chop finely. Take off fruit the remaining white part and discard it. Chop the flesh keeping eye-catching juice. In a medium-sized pan, mix zest and 1.5 tbsp. water and over high heat bring to a boil. Turn down fire, cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes, periodically stirring. Add fruit with juice, cover and simmer for another 7 minutes. Add blueberries and cook another 3 minutes. Add sugar to the fruit and berry mixture. Bring to full boil and, stirring constantly, cook exactly 1 minute. Stir in the pectin. Remove the pan from the heat and remove the metal spoon foam. Serve by cooling to room temperature.
