  • Kohlrabi (choose young small fruits) – 2 small or 1 larger – with a total weight of about 400g.
  • Milk (better skimmed) – 100ml. Do not forget that the composition cheese is included. Excessive fatness to a child is useless.
  • Flour (wheat) – 3 tablespoons
  • Cheese (parmesan, cheddar, Russian) in grated form – about 50g.
  • Breadcrumbs – approximately 100g.
  • Sausage (children’s, boiled or diet) – 100g.
  • Nutmeg – rub a little into the finished dish.

Peel the cabbage, cut into slices and boil in for 10 minutes. Just salt the water.

Warm milk in a water bath, gradually adding flour and grated cheese. As soon as you see the bubbles – the sauce is almost ready. Focus on the consistency of mayonnaise.
