Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 225 gr. minced meat
  • 225 gr. minced beef
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 large chopped cloves of garlic
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 2 diced hard ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped ginger or 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp spice mixes Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh hot green chili peppers
  • 3 tbsp. frozen green peas
  • Juice 1 Lemon
  • 2-3 tbsp. l chopped fresh cilantro
  • Indian tortillas (roti) or tortilla cakes as additions

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a non-stick pan over moderate heat heat oil. Put the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Add veal, beef, and salt and pepper to taste and cook by stirring until the meat is no longer pink. Add garlic, tomatoes, ginger, a mixture of Garam masala, chili pepper and cook, stirring for 5 minutes Add the peas and continue cooking on medium heat, stirring occasionally, another 10 minutes, until aromas mixed up. Add lemon juice and cilantro and adjust the amount seasoning, adding more if necessary. Transfer to a bowl and Serve with warm mouths or tortillas or put Kim in the center cakes and roll it like a burrito.
