  1. Beat the yolks with one protein (separate the second protein into fondant), honey and sugar.
  2. I pour kefir and vegetable oil into this mixture. Lightly again whisk.
  3. Pour sifted flour with soda and knead not cool dough.
  4. I roll the dough into a 1 cm thick layer, squeeze out a mold gingerbread cookies, lay them on parchment.
  5. I bake gingerbread cookies for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  6. I proceed to prepare the glaze for the gingerbread. Egg white beat with 3 tablespoons of sugar until sugar dissolves (not until persistent peaks).
  7. When the baking time has passed, I take the gingerbread from the oven and quickly I smear them with whipped protein in two layers.
  8. Send back to the oven, bake another 10 minutes.
