  1. Place the softened butter in a deep bowl (you can use margarine).
  2. Add granulated sugar and vanilla to the butter. Whip everything until lush mass, it is better to use a mixer, because a whisk it will be more difficult to achieve the desired result.

  5. Mix pre-sifted flour with baking powder. Add it to the rest of the ingredients, take a whisk and well mix.
  6. Wash the apples and dry with a towel. Then free them from peel and seed, and cut into small pieces. Add apples to dough and mix. You should get a pretty thick mass.
  7. Take a heat-resistant mold with a diameter of approximately 20 cm. shape the parchment, put the dough in it and smooth it with a spatula. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the cake for 60 minutes.
