- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 450 gr fresh sausage chorizo
- 4 diced potato tubers
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 8 tbsp. chicken broth
- 450 gr kale leaves without stems torn on pieces 2.5 cm
- 1/2 tbsp. grated parmesan

Recipe preparation:
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large saucepan. for the broth. Fry the chorizo in oil for 5-7 minutes. Add potatoes, onions, garlic and chicken stock.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, until the potatoes are so soft that that it can be easily pierced with a fork. Turn down the fire to weak, put the kale and cover. Cook 7-10 min until withering cabbage.
- Remove the lid, add the parmesan and warm for another 5 min Bring to your desired taste by adding salt and pepper.
