- Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until transparency.
- My mushrooms. Large cut, leave small whole.
- Add the mushrooms to the onion. Fry over medium heat until evaporation of liquid.
- Salt, pepper, add flour. Mix.
- Fry for a couple of minutes, add 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream. Mix and simmer for a couple of minutes.
- We shift into the form, sprinkle with cheese and send to the oven (200 degrees) for 15 minutes. Done! You can serve. Have a nice appetite!
