  1. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until transparency.
  2. My mushrooms. Large cut, leave small whole.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the onion. Fry over medium heat until evaporation of liquid.
  4. Salt, pepper, add flour. Mix.
  5. Fry for a couple of minutes, add 3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream. Mix and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  6. We shift into the form, sprinkle with cheese and send to the oven (200 degrees) for 15 minutes. Done! You can serve. Have a nice appetite!
