  1. Cut the cut into medallions 3-4 cm thick.
  2. Each medallion is wrapped in jamon and tied with food a thread.
  3. Fry over high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. We lay out the medallions in the form. Salt and pepper from 2 sides. Please note that jamon and bacon are also salty! From above spread thyme. We cut the bottom of the garlic and put in shape.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes, sprinkle cheese and put in the oven for another 5 minutes.
