If you have small potatoes and you love to eat, then this recipe is for you. Potatoes cooked in such an unusual way will diversify your table and allow you to enjoy the taste of lunch or dinner. Also potatoes stuffed with minced meat and greased with aromatic and piquant sauce.

  1. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, grated onion, salt and ground black pepper.
  2. Wash young potatoes (small) well under running water.
  3. Cut each potato in half without cutting to the end.
  4. Form a small ball from minced meat and put in a cut potatoes (watch the video). Do the same with all the potatoes. If you have minced meat like mine, just put it balls on top.
  5. Combine the garlic, paprika and salt passed through the press in a bowl to taste, olive oil, mustard.
  6. Brush the top of the potatoes with the resulting sauce.
  7. Place the minced potatoes in the preheated oven until 200 degrees for 50 minutes.
  8. When serving, sprinkle young potatoes in their skins with minced meat greens to your liking. Bon appetit and be healthy.
