  • 225 gr. chopped 1 cm. sweet or spicy italian sausage
  • 340 gr broken into pieces 8 cm long. spaghetti
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried marjoram or oregano
  • 1/3 Art. olive oil
  • 2 diced medium onion heads the size
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 3/4 Art. tomato puree
  • Grated manchego cheese or parmesan for serving (optional)

Recipe preparation:
