  1. We take minced meat, nothing needs to be added to it. Can try to chop a piece of meat in a blender and form cutlets. I cooked with minced meat.
  2. Form cutlets from minced meat (I got 4 large cutlets).
  3. Wrap the patties in bacon.
  4. Lubricate with oil (convenient to do this with a brush).
  5. Fry in a preheated pan. In the original meat recipe should be a little damp inside (medium-well). If you are not love, you can put the patties in a baking dish and cover foil. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees 10-15 min
