- 225-280 gr. (1 tbsp.) Beef strips 5×8 cm. corned beef
- 3 tbsp. shredded white cabbage
- 2 tbsp. grated potato idaho
- 2 l chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. l oils
- 3 tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 tbsp. grated carrots
- 1 tbsp. cream

Recipe preparation:
- In a soup pan, heat a tablespoon of oil, put onion and fry until soft 3 min. Add cabbage and potatoes and mix. Pour in the broth, bring it to a boil, reduce fire and simmer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile in the shallow fry the strips of meat until crispy in a frying pan crusts. Put on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Add carrots and cream to the soup and cook for another 10 minutes. Put meat and add salt and pepper to taste.
