  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tbsp. milk for batter
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp. chopped unsalted crackers
  • 1 tbsp. panko breadcrumbs
  • 225 gr. diced bacon
  • 1/2 diced onions (about 1/2 tbsp.)
  • 1/4 Art. milk
  • Olive oil for frying
  • 2 tbsp. beef broth
  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley leaves

Recipe preparation:

  3. Heat 0.5 cm of oil in a thick-walled or cast-iron skillet. up to 180 ° C. Fry pork evenly on both sides, approximately 5 min with one and 3-4 minutes. from the second side. When the meat is ready, put it on the dish. Add butter and sauce mix until it melts. When serving, pour the pork the sauce. For decoration, sprinkle the dish with chopped bacon and fresh parsley.
