  • 2 halved chicken breasts with skin and bone
  • 3/4 Art. dry white wine
  • 1 can (800 gr.) Tomato slices with juice
  • 2 tsp salt, plus a little more to taste
  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper, plus a little more taste
  • 1/2 tbsp. premium wheat flour for breading
  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 large chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 chopped onion head
  • 3 chopped garlic cloves
  • 3/4 Art. low salt chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp. l capers without brine
  • 1.5 tsp dried oregano leaves
  • 1/4 Art. coarsely chopped basil leaves

Recipe preparation:

  1. Sprinkle pieces of chicken 1 tsp. salt and pepper. Roll lightly chicken in flour. In a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat heat the olive oil.
