  1. In a bowl, pass the garlic through a press. Add to it mayonnaise and mix.
  2. Cut the baguette obliquely into slices.
  3. Spread a baguette with a thin layer of garlic mayonnaise.
  4. Put 2 pieces of fish on each piece of bread.
  5. Put the sandwiches on a baking sheet. On top for every piece baguette lay grated cheese on a coarse grater.
