Today I cook hot sandwiches with mushrooms and cheese in the oven. I make such sandwiches for the holidays, and just for requested by family members. At my place everyone loves these delicious, slightly crispy sandwiches. Preparing simply and quickly, and the result is always happy. If your family loves mushrooms, then do immediately big portion.

  1. Wash fresh mushrooms, dry and cut into small ones. cubes.
  2. Cut the loaf into slices. We grate hard cheese on a shallow grater. Peeled onions very finely chopped and chopped with a knife.
