- 1 chopped small onion
- 2 chopped cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp. l chili powder (pinch)
- 1 can of tomato sauce (225 g)
- 8 long sausages with bacon or beef sausages for hot dogs
- 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
- 1 tbsp. l hot sauce
- 8 toasted hot dog buns
- 2 tbsp. coarse grained Cheddar cheese (packing 280 gr.)

Recipe preparation:
- Heat the pan over medium heat. Add olive oil cold pressed and minced, season with salt and pepper. Fry the meat constantly stirring it. Add Worcester sauce, onions, garlic, chili powder and cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and reduce the fire.
- At the same time, boil the sausages in a shallow pan for 5 minutes. Drain and place on medium heat. Do on sausages notches. Melt the butter in a pan and add spicy sauce. Put sausages in a pan with butter and sauce and fry until golden crisp.
