  • 1/4 Art. cream almond paste
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Art. skimmed milk powder
  • 1 tbsp. whole grain confectionery flour (or 0.5 tbsp. flour premium and whole grain flour)
  • 0.5 tsp soda
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 and 3/4 Art. oatmeal
  • 0.5 tbsp. raisins

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 °. Sprinkle with cooking spray 2 baking sheet. In a large bowl with a mixer, beat the creamy and rapeseed oil, honey, egg, almond paste and vanilla extract.
  2. In another bowl, whisk the milk powder, flour, cinnamon and salt. Add the flour mixture to the butter and mix. Intervene oatmeal and raisins.
