Recipe preparation:
- For the test: In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for test. Mix well. Put the dough in another big one, a greased bowl. Cover and let go twice about 1.5 hours. For honey sauce: In medium saucepan. of size, bring water to a boil over medium heat, add sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and lemon juice. Boil the mixture with a weak boil for 45 minutes, then add honey and cook for another 5 minutes. Leave before use. For sprinkling: In a small bowl, mix sugar with cinnamon.
- In a deep fryer, heat oil over high heat by pouring it onto a few centimeters. Using a tablespoon, form from dough balls with a diameter of 1.5 cm.
