Honey cake is a delicious cake. Mom used to be often cooked this cake at home when we were little, and that’s why one of my favorite cakes. The cream was different and sour and boiled condensed milk, I want to introduce you to a delicious cream recipe specifically from boiled condensed milk.

- Fill a large pot with water and put on fire.
- Next, take a smaller pan and break the eggs there, add sugar and beat well.
- Then add butter (50 g), honey and soda to the eggs, mix everything well.
- We put the pan in a water bath and cook for 15 minutes, the mass should rise 2 times and become airy, constantly stir.
- Add 1 tablespoon of flour stirring constantly, leave on fire for another 3 min.
- Remove the mass from the heat and add the remaining flour (480 gr) and knead the dough.
- We divide the dough into 8 parts, cover with a film or bag and send to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Roll each part into a flat layer, using a plate and cut out a circle of a knife.
- Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and heat the oven up to 180 °.
- We spread the cake on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 2-3 minutes (I also baked the extra edges for crumbs).
- Making a cream: mix boiled condensed milk (370 gr) and creamy oil (180 gr).
- Collect the cake, greasing each cake with cream (cake should be hot).
- Grind the excess edges that we baked in the oven blender and sprinkle with crumbled cake.
- Leave the cake to saturate for at least 8 hours, preferably 24 hours. P.S. I got a cake of 6 cakes, because I didn’t have enough cream, if you make the cream a little more, you get a cake of 8 cakes.
