  3. Then add soda and mix intensively. The mass will start to foam and increase in volume. Cook intensively stirring for a couple of minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.
  4. When the mass becomes warm and you can work with it with your hands, pour it into a bowl. Drive eggs one at a time mix well.
  5. Then gradually pour the flour and knead the dough. Dough It turns out elastic and does not stick to your hands.
  6. Cover the bowl with the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  7. In the meantime, make a cream. Its preparation does not require special effort. Beat sour cream with sugar until smooth and put in the refrigerator.
  8. Divide the dough into 6-8 parts (depends on the planned diameter cake, I had somewhere 25-26 cm). Roll parts of the dough into balloons.
  9. We roll each ball very thinly (1 mm) on parchment (so it was easier to transfer to a baking sheet). Roll out so that the cake it turned out a little more than the planned diameter, so that you can cut off the edges for crumbs.
  10. We bake each cake for 5-7 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 ° C. When we take it out of the oven, immediately cut off the edges in the form of the planned cake using a plate of a suitable size. Trimming grind into small crumbs.
  11. We collect the cake, sandwiching each cake with sour cream.
  12. With the rest of the cream, grease the sides and the surface of the cake and sprinkle baby.
  13. Let the cake soak (preferably left overnight).
