- Then gradually pour the flour and knead the dough. Dough It turns out elastic and does not stick to your hands.
- Cover the bowl with the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- In the meantime, make a cream. Its preparation does not require special effort. Beat sour cream with sugar until smooth and put in the refrigerator.
- Divide the dough into 6-8 parts (depends on the planned diameter cake, I had somewhere 25-26 cm). Roll parts of the dough into balloons.
- We roll each ball very thinly (1 mm) on parchment (so it was easier to transfer to a baking sheet). Roll out so that the cake it turned out a little more than the planned diameter, so that you can cut off the edges for crumbs.
- We bake each cake for 5-7 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 ° C. When we take it out of the oven, immediately cut off the edges in the form of the planned cake using a plate of a suitable size. Trimming grind into small crumbs.
- We collect the cake, sandwiching each cake with sour cream.
- With the rest of the cream, grease the sides and the surface of the cake and sprinkle baby.
