Recipe preparation:

  2. Add milk and honey. Mix at medium speed until homogeneous consistency. Add egg yolks, 3 tbsp. flour and salt. Knead the dough at low speed for about 5 minutes. Without stopping mixer, add another 2 tbsp. flour. Increase mixer speed to medium and gradually add enough remaining flour to the dough did not stick to the bowl.
