For me, granola is one of the options of my beloved and delicious breakfast, especially when there is no time to cook anything. Yummy, quick, helpful. I mix it with milk, fermented baked milk or homemade natural yogurt and breakfast is ready. Granola cooked at home also, as it turned out, has many differences from the purchase. First of all, it is completely natural. Secondly, I can put my favorites there me nuts and dried fruits in any quantities, while the purchase most often looks like a mountain of oatmeal, 2-3 peanuts and, in at best, a scattering of cheap dried bananas and raisins. Today I took sunflower seeds – 60 g, pumpkin seeds – 40 g, almonds and raw hazelnuts – 50 g each. Oatmeal you need to take the cheapest long cooking. Thirdly, despite the large number of nuts, this It turns out very economically: I spent less than 200 rubles getting 750 g of granola at the exit.

- In a large bowl, mix oatmeal, nuts and seeds. I nuts cut in advance a little smaller.

- After 50 minutes, remove the mold from the oven and leave the granola cool for 30 minutes. At first it will be still sticky and soft, not get scared.
- Add cherries (or any other dried fruit / candied fruit. Stir and leave to dry for another 4 hours.
- Pour into a sealed container. Store up to 2 weeks.
