Tasty cutlets stuffed with minced meat. Optimal stuffing obtained from a combination of pork and beef in equal proportions. By the same recipe can be cooked at home cutlets stuffed with mushrooms, fresh or frozen (from frozen mushrooms liquid remove). Such cutlets are perfect for potato mashed potatoes. If you have time, in each cutlet you can still add a piece of chilled butter. And also this dish can be steamed.

- Fry in a frying pan with vegetable oil chopped onions of a dye-colored color.
