Homemade chicken stock – a detailed recipe for cooking.

Photo Homemade Chicken Broth Time: 2 час. In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr chicken breasts
  • 450 gr chicken wings
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks of celery with leaves, cut into cubes
  • 4 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Sprig of thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp. l salt
  • 2 tsp peppercorns black pepper
  • 8 tbsp. water

Recipes with similar ingredients: chicken breasts, chicken wings, onions, garlic, carrots, celery, bay leaf, pepper black peas, thyme, parsley

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large pot, place all the ingredients and fill with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer at low boiling, without covering completely, for 1 h. 30 min.
  2. Take out the chicken, let cool, and use in cooking next dish.
  3. Strain the broth through a sieve. Pour into containers, refrigerate to room temperature, then refrigerate. Take off fat from the top and store in the freezer for 3 month Exit: 5 st. Recipe for rich chicken broth.
