- 5 eggs break in a bowl. Add 1 cup of granulated sugar. Beat well.
- Gradually add 1 cup flour and 1 tsp. baking powder. Good mix.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Baking dish is good grease with butter. Pour the dough into the mold evenly. Bake a biscuit for about an hour without opening the oven.
- While the biscuit is baking, prepare the cream. Beat in small pan or ladle 1 egg and 0.5 cups sugar, add half a bag of vanilla sugar.
- Add 1 cup of milk and 2.5 tbsp. flour. Good mix.
- Put the cream on a small fire, stirring constantly, cook until thickening.
- As soon as our cream has thickened, remove it from the heat. Add 50 g butter. Whip again. Set to cool.
- Now prepare the icing. 50 g butter cut in small pieces. Put in a small saucepan. Melt on low fire.
- Add 3 tbsp. cocoa, 4 tbsp of granulated sugar, second half a bag of vanilla sugar and 4 tbsp sour cream. Everything is very good mix.
- Cook the icing until the sugar is completely dissolved. Constantly mix so as not to burn. Do not bring to a boil.
- Cool the finished biscuit and cut into 2 layers.
- Put cream on the bottom layer. Cover with a top layer of biscuit. Top with chocolate icing. Leave for a few hours.
