Recipe preparation:

  1. In a blender about 1 min. mashed until smooth avocado, condensed milk, lemon juice and salt; transfer to a large bowl. In another high-capacity whisk cream with a mixer at a moderately high speed about 2 min. to steady peaks.
  2. Using a rubber spatula, stir in about 1 tbsp. whipped cream in mashed avocado. Put the resulting mass back into the cream and mix well. Transfer to chilled form and place in freezer for hardening for at least 4 hours or the whole night.
  3. Serve pistachio ice cream with a smoothie.
