A dish worthy of a festive table! Cooked at home in a whole piece of oven coated with sweet based sauce lingonberry jam, the meat is juicy, aromatic and very delicious.

The great advantage of this recipe, the minimum time for preparation of the main ingredient.

Of those dishes that I put in the oven and forgot.

Cowberry jam can be replaced with cherry. Instead of fillet pork, in our case, ham, this dish can also be prepared from turkeys.
