The main ingredients:

  • oat flakes – 250 g;
  • butter – 160 g;
  • sugar – 150 g;
  • dried apricots – 120 g;
  • raisins and almonds 75 g each;

  • liquid natural honey – 100 ml.

Cooking method

While we are messing with the ingredients, we’ll set the oven warm up until 1900. Dried apricots as finely as possible chop it up. Grind almonds (you can even do this with coffee grinders). Mix oatmeal with dried apricots, sesame seeds and chopped almonds.

150 g butter should be melted in a small bowl, to add honey and sugar to it and keep on very low heat until sugar will not dissolve. The main thing here is that the mixture in no case did not boil. Once the mass has become homogeneous, we remove it from fire and pour the rest of the prepared ingredients.

We take a mold in the form of a brick, we line it with paper for baking, grease 10 grams of remaining oil and spread our mixture. Bake in a well preheated oven for not more than 20 minutes. In general, you can focus on your wind cupboard – the bar should become completely golden. As we take it out of the oven and wait until it cools down. In the fridge you need to send goodies for 1-2 hours. Only after that bar can be removed from the mold and cut into smaller ones bars.

It is important to consider: in the recipe sesame is used, which can cause an allergic reaction, so you can put instead ordinary peeled sunflower seeds and even pumpkins. In the first case you can not grind, but in the second you can or finely chop or grind in a coffee grinder.
