Cutlets
- 700 gr. ground beef
- 1/2 tbsp. diced onions
- 1/2 tbsp. panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp. l salt
- 1 tbsp. l ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Worcester sauce
- 1 lightly beaten egg
- Frying oil
Gravy
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
- 6 tbsp. l wheat flour
- 2 tbsp. beef broth
- A bit of Worcester sauce
- Salt and ground black pepper
Garnish
- Hot boiled rice
- 4 fried fried eggs on both sides

Recipe preparation:
- For cutlets: Mix minced meat, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, Worcester sauce and an egg. Form 4 cutlets. Fry them in a pan or under the grill in the oven until desired readiness. Drain the excess fat from the pan and leave it to gravy.
- For gravy: Mix butter and fat from cutlets and heat them in a pan. Add flour and mix well to a homogeneous butter-flour mixture without lumps was obtained. Slow introduce beef broth, stirring constantly until smooth condition. Add Worcester sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until thickened, until the taste of flour disappears. Put the patties on hot boiled rice, put them on the patties scrambled eggs and pour gravy.
