Ham Pork Tenderloin Medallions

We prepare juicy and tasty pork tenderloin at home, wrap it the medallions into slices of Parma ham and bake under the foil in the oven. Garnish can make young asparagus.

  1. From the pork tenderloin we cut 4 medallions across the fibers (width they should be equal to the width of the slices of ham). We set the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Wrap prepared slices with slices of Parma ham (2 pcs.) and tie with culinary twine. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and salt.

  3. We mold a shape or a cast-iron pan with baking paper, grease with oil (1 tablespoon), put the prepared medallions in ham and sprinkle with oil. Cover the pork with foil and place in oven for 30 minutes. 10 minutes before cooking foil we remove.

  4. We take out fragrant juicy medallions and serve with a vegetable side dish. and light salads.
