  1. My pork tenderloin, wipe with paper napkins and cut into identical pieces.

  2. We put the pieces of the cut side up and palm a little press on top, knead. Rub with salt, freshly ground pepper (better to take a mixture of peppers) and wrap 2 thin strips ham.

  3. To fix ham on slices, you can tie with twine or fasten the edges with a toothpick.

  4. We put prepared medallions in ham in the melted little and fry over medium heat for 2-3 minutes from 2 sides.

  5. We shift the fried medallions into a mold, pour on top oil from the pan and put in the oven at 180 degrees for 12-13 minutes.

  6. We take out the juicy medallions in ham and serve immediately with your beloved sauce and vegetable side dish.
