Ham and onion pork tenderloin

  1. Puff pastry 1 hour before starting to cook freezer on the table. Finely chop onions and fry in oil until golden brown. We put the oven at 200 degrees.

  2. On a sheet (round or rectangular) of thawed dough put slices of smoked ham (can be replaced with smoked bacon), overlapping each other.

  3. We wash the pork tenderloin, rub it with salt, ground pepper, place in the middle of the slices of ham and spread on top fried onions.

  4. Wrap pork tenderloin in puff pastry.

  5. We spread on a baking sheet with baking paper, a knife on the dough make shallow decorative cuts and put the pork in the dough in oven for 40 minutes.

  6. We take out the fragrant juicy tenderloin in a crisp, give stand for 10 minutes, chop and serve with potato salad and fresh vegetables. This dish does not require bread.
